Desert Days

Picture this: the sun beating down on the vast, breathtaking landscape of Joshua Tree. It's the perfect setting for our shoot with some of our best friends - Summer and Dan, whose love for life and each other shines brighter than the desert sun.

Dan, with his passion for rock climbing, brought an extra dose of adrenaline to the day. We found ourselves dodging not just cacti but also big emu birds – talk about unexpected photo bombers! But hey, that's all part of the adventure, right? And then there's Summer, rocking her perfect disco style amidst the desert backdrop. Who knew disco balls and Joshua Tree could mesh so seamlessly? Our nighttime shoot turned into a spontaneous dance party under the desert stars, with music filling the air and laughter echoing off the cool & moonlit rocks.

But perhaps the most magical part of it all was experiencing Joshua Tree for the first time with our park veteran friends. The iconic trees provided the perfect backdrop for capturing Summer & Dan’s love amidst one of nature's wildest wonders.

As we look back on that day, we're reminded of the joy that comes from embracing adventure and love in all its forms. Summer and Dan's engagement shoot was more than just a photoshoot – it was a celebration of our friendship filled with laughter, 90’s country music (maybe a few brewhahas) and the beauty of the great outdoors.
